The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to the contractual relationship between O2Rescue and the persons wishing to purchase from our O2Rescue online store (hereinafter the “Customer” and together with O2Rescue , the parties”).


The parties agree that these terms and conditions apply exclusively to their business relationships. Because these terms and conditions may be changed, the terms and conditions applicable to the customer and O2Rescue are or were valid as of the date of the purchase order on the website.


To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old and in legal capacity. The order can be confirmed only after completion of all mandatory fields (complete contact details) by the customer and after receipt of payment. Once the customer has received the order confirmation, the purchase contract has been concluded, and the customer is obliged to pay the full retail price. O2Rescue is obliged to send the order to the customer after receipt of the payment by the customer.

In certain cases, especially in the event of a payment default, incorrect address or other customer-related issues, O2Rescue reserves the right to cancel the customer order until the problem is resolved. O2Rescue strives to ensure 24/7 access to the Site, but is not responsible in the event of a service interruption, especially for maintenance or technical reasons. Customer declares that he understands the technical limitations of Internet usage, particularly information retrieval, data and file transfer, and the risks associated with this technology. The order confirmation will be sent to the customer together with a complete overview of the order via email.


O2Rescue reserves the right to cancel customer orders in the following cases:

verbal or physical vilification or violence against employees, subcontractors, customers or
the management of the company O2Rescue;
if the product is not available or available (all payments will be fully refunded to the customer after consultation with him)
if the customer’s order data is incorrect or impossible to verify.

As a retailer O2Rescue does not sell the offered products in large quantities. Should a customer consider a bulk order of the product 5 units or more, we ask that you contact us (contact details can be found under clause 13 (CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURTHER INFORMATION) so that availability and delivery time can be discussed together O2Rescue retains the right to refuse the bulk order of a product if O2Rescue and the customer do not agree.


We deliver only to the Member States of the European Union (except overseas islands) to the address indicated by the customer and noted on the order form. The delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the order has arrived at this address. Our deliveries are made by insured or uninsured shipping through our shipping partners (for example via the DPD service in Germany). The delivery times are given without obligation and without guarantee. The delivery times include: The processing time (24 to 48 hours). This depends on the payment receipt date and the takeover of the package by our shipping company.

The period of parcel delivery by the shipping company (different depending on the country of destination).

Delayed deliveries do not justify a cancellation of your order, a refusal of acceptance or a claim for compensation. If the delay in delivery exceeds the delivery deadline communicated to the customer, this will be suggested by e-mail to a new delivery period.

The delivery charges depend on the destination, the size and the weight of the package in relation to the total order. They will be communicated to the customer at the end of the order process before confirming the order.


The prices indicated on the website www.o2rescue.lu are valid until they are repealed by the next price publication. The listed prices are subject to change without notice.

The prices quoted include VAT, but not the delivery charges, which may vary depending on the delivery address.

The total price, including delivery charges, will be displayed to the customer before confirming his order


O2Rescue is committed to delivering the customer’s order for available inventory. If an unavailable item is ordered, the customer will be notified of unavailability by e-mail within 3 days. In this case, O2Rescue will offer a comparable product or refund the amount for the missing item within 30 days.

The product offers are valid within the available stock.

O2Rescue grants its customers a two-year legal guarantee (within the meaning of Articles L.212-1 et seq. Code de la consommation).

According to this warranty, the product must comply with the description given by O2Rescue and have the stated characteristics. If this is not the case, the statutory warranty becomes effective.

If the error occurs within the first 6 months after delivery of the product, the customer has the choice whether he returns the product to O2Rescue and receives the full retail price, or retains the defective product and gets back part of the selling price. The customer can also send the defective product to O2Rescue, which is then repaired before being returned to the customer.

If the error occurs after the first 6 months after the delivery of the product, the legal warranty is valid only after the confirmation of the manufacturing defect by the customer service of the manufacturer.

The improper use or storage of the products does not give rise to any legal warranty.


The customer has a statutory withdrawal period of 14 calendar days within which he may return the product without giving a reason and without a contractual penalty. This period begins with the receipt of the package from the delivery service. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, O2Rescue must be informed of the withdrawal from the contract by means of an official written statement (such as registered mail, e-mail). The delivery of the declaration of revocation before expiry of the period of revocation corresponds to compliance with this period. The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

If Customer withdraws from the Agreement, O2Rescue is obliged to return the full payment amount to Customer immediately, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods by O2Rescue.

The refund will inevitably be on the same payment path as your payment.

This right of withdrawal can only be claimed for products which are returned in a salable condition (complete accessory, intact seal, operating instructions) and with the original license plate number.

Incomplete, or by the customer disfigured, damaged or soiled return items are not taken back.

The input of incorrect data corresponds to a violation of the terms and conditions.The customer allows O2Rescue to collect, manage and use his personal data. This data will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer’s express consent.

O2Rescue takes the protection of the personal data of its customers very seriously and treats them confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. The customer is always allowed to ask O2Rescue which data has been collected about him. For this purpose, the customer can send O2Rescue a written request (by registered letter or e-mail).


Any disputes relating to the content of the Site, the Terms and Conditions or the contract between you and O2Rescue, or even in relation to the resulting product, are governed by the laws of Luxembourg and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
